Jamie Greenawalt serves as President of TCA Silver Partner Foot Levelers, continuing a three-generation legacy in chiropractic. Inspired by her grandfather, Dr. Monte Greenawalt, who founded the company, Jamie grew up immersed in the profession and developed a deep appreciation for the impact chiropractors have on their patients' lives. Today, she leads Foot Levelers with a strong commitment to supporting doctors and advancing whole-body alignment solutions. In addition to Foot Levelers custom orthotics, Jamie helped lead the launch of Nexi custom pillow, the world's first fully custom cervical pillow. Jamie works closely with state associations and chiropractic colleges across the country and remains passionate about helping chiropractors grow thriving, patient-centered practices. How long have you been a TCA Official Partner and why did Foot Levelers become involved with TCA? Foot Levelers has been proud to partner with the Texas Chiropractic Association for multiple decades. Since our founder, Dr. Monte Greenawalt, started Foot Levelers in 1952, his goal has always been to support chiropractors and help them better serve their patients. That heart for the supporting this great profession and our doctors, along with ensuring optimal patient outcomes, has been part of our culture from the very beginning. What is your favorite TCA event and why? My favorite TCA event is Chiro Texpo! I love the great energy there. It brings chiropractors together to learn, connect, and move the profession forward. For me, it is always meaningful to spend time face-to-face with the doctors we support. Hearing their stories, learning about their practices, and seeing their passion firsthand reminds me why we do what we do. How did you get involved with the chiropractic community in Texas and across the country and why do you enjoy working with chiropractors? Chiropractic has been in the fiber of my being from the very beginning. I grew up in this profession. My grandfather was a chiropractor and started the company I now have the privilege of leading, so in many ways it is a family legacy. What I love most is getting to work alongside chiropractors who care deeply about their patients and learning new ways they are able to engage with and help their patients. As a profession we are innovating and always looking for better ways to provide better care and outcomes for our patients. I have seen firsthand the difference chiropractors make in people’s lives, and it inspires and energizes me to do more to support that each day. Who has been the biggest influence in your career and why? I would like to ask and answer a different question: How do Foot Levelers custom orthotics help chiropractors in Texas? Foot Levelers custom orthotics help chiropractors by giving them another tool to support whole-body alignment and long-term patient outcomes. When the foundation of the body is stabilized, it helps bring proper support throughout the entire kinetic chain, reinforcing the adjustments chiropractors are already providing. Our goal is simply to support chiropractors with clinically proven solutions that truly help them care for their patients. What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know about you? A fun fact about me is that I have traveled to and worked in more than 90 countries. I have always been curious about the world, and those experiences have influenced both my personal growth and my leadership style.
