The 90th Texas Legislative Session begins in January 2027, and the Texas Chiropractic Association is already hard at work building the strongest possible proactive agenda to advance and protect the chiropractic profession. We need your ideas and your voice. Whether you have a new policy concept, a fix to an existing statute or rule, a reimbursement issue, scope-of-practice improvement, telemedicine expansion, insurance fairness concern, or any other legislative or regulatory priority, now is the time to submit it for formal consideration in TCA’s 2027 platform. Please send your ideas (even if they are still in rough form) no later than Monday, December 29, 2025 to Info@txstatecraft.com. The more specific you can be (including bill language, rule citations, real-world examples, or data), the better we can evaluate, refine, and champion your proposal. Every submission will receive serious review by TCA’s Legislative Committee and our government affairs team. Your experience on the front lines is invaluable.
