Sidney Stuart, DC An April 2025 Texas Chiropractic College graduate, Sidney Stuart, DC, became a chiropractor because she believes everyone deserves the opportunity to live life at their fullest potential, free of pain, full of energy, and supported by a healthy, balanced body. Her goal as a chiropractic provider is to be a trusted cornerstone for families in the Houston area, creating lasting wellness from the inside out for the entire family unit. Passionate about serving people of all ages, lifestyles, and physical demands, Dr. Stuart practices with TCA Past President Dr. Alayna Pagnani-Gendron at HealthPro Family Chiropractic & Acupuncture in Houston. In addition, she is active in the Texas Chiropractic Association as District 11 Secretary as well as serving on TCA’s Next Gen DCs Committee. How long have you been a TCA member and why did you join TCA? I joined the TCA in May 2025, shortly after graduating in April. I wanted to be connected with a community of chiropractors who are passionate about supporting each other, growing the profession, and serving patients across Texas. Joining TCA felt like the best way to stay engaged, learn, and build relationships early in my career. As a recent graduate and a new DC, how has TCA membership personally benefitted you? Being part of TCA has given me immediate access to mentorship, guidance, and resources that help me transition from a student to practicing doctor. It’s also been encouraging to meet others who have walked this path before me and are willing to share their experiences and advice. What is your favorite thing about being a TCA member? My favorite part is the sense of community. It’s motivating to be surrounded by chiropractors who genuinely want to see each other succeed and who are committed to advancing the profession together. Why did you get involved in the TCA Next Gen DCs Committee? I wanted to get involved in the Next Gen DCs Committee because it’s a great opportunity to connect with other young doctors and soon-to-be graduates who are experiencing the same challenges and opportunities I am. I believe that being involved early on is the best way to pay it forward. Who has been the biggest influence in your chiropractic career? The biggest influence has been my mentors during chiropractic school and early practice at HealthPro. They encouraged me, challenged me, and showed me the impact we can have on patients’ lives. Their example motivated me to pursue this path wholeheartedly. What do you hope to accomplish in your chiropractic career? I hope to be an educated doctor who makes a meaningful difference in my community by helping people achieve better health and quality of life through chiropractic care. Long term, I’d also like to mentor future chiropractors and contribute to the growth of the profession. What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know about you? A fun fact about me is that I love music, listening and playing instruments. Getting together with my friends and family to play music is something that brings me great Joy.
