At its September 12, 2019 meeting, the Board voted to adopt the following rule actions for inclusion in the Texas Administrative Code (TAC): 22 TAC §72.19 (Fees) - repeal and replace 22 TAC §75.2 (Out-of-Facility Practice) - repeal and replace, change to “Place of Business" 22 TAC §75.6 (Mandatory Notice to Public) - repeal and replace 22 TAC §75.7 (Mandatory Display of License) - new 22 TAC §75.8 (Unsafe and Unsanitary Conditions) - new 22 TAC §79.3 (Disciplinary Records) - repeal 22 TAC §80.1 (Duty to Respond to Complaint) - repeal and replace 22 TAC §80.3 (Disciplinary Guidelines) - repeal and replace 22 TAC §80.5 (Expert Review Process) - repeal and replace 22 TAC §80.6 (Undercover Investigations) - repeal and replace 22 TAC §80.7 (Cease and Desist Orders) - repeal and replace 22 TAC §80.9 (Temporary License Suspension) - new All these actions will be effective and available on the Board's website on October 3, with the exception of §72.19 (Fees) which will be effective on November 1.
