Your spine impacts the function of your nervous system, so when your spine is not moving well, your nerve system does not function properly. To reduce pain, restore function and maximize your health potential, our experienced doctors utilize this healing science to correct structural problems and remove interference to your nerve system through specific adjustments to the spine, extremities and TMJ.
Damaged intervertebral discs seldom heal as the discs are constantly under pressure. Decompression, or the reduction of pressure inside the discs, facilitates the transfer of fluids, nutrients and oxygen back inside the disc resulting in the retraction of bulging or herniated discs.
We recommend massage in combination with your chiropractic care. While chiropractic focuses on the relationship between the spine and its impact on the nervous system, massage focuses on the 650 muscles of the body. Both disciplines work together to help keep the body in proper alignment, balance and function.
