The Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners will conduct an informal stakeholder meeting on July 30 (Tuesday), 2019, at 9:00am at 333 Guadalupe (Tower 2, Room 400A), Austin, Texas 78701. The Board seeks public input on patient record requirements for possible rulemaking relating to 22 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 76 (Patient Records and Documentation). The Board would like to discuss possible language for rules relating to: 1. The required contents of a patient record; 2. The process for requesting a patient record; 3. Reasonable fees for copying a patient record; and 4. Responsibility for storing and maintaining a patient record by licensees and non-licensee owners and different types of business entities.
